Watercolours have always appealed to me in how the can play up the light and color, in objects that seem dull and lifeless at first glance. On a cloudy day I doubt anyone would look particularly hard at these rocks and imagine the potential range of vibrant color they could have with the right bit of imagination.

Lately, I've been really wondering about the way the earth it looked back when it all began. Despite whether you are religious or not, the creation of the world however it came about, had to have been awe inspiring.
